  • FREE tube usage Sunday - Friday for all of our lodging guests!!!
  • Children 6 years and younger are free to lodge and camp.
  • NO PETS. $150 fine per pet, per day, for pets inside cottages or hotel suites. This includes pets kenneled, on porches, tied up or on the cottage grounds. You must be renting and staying at a camp site if you intend on bringing your pet. Pets are not allowed in the cottage rental areas.
  • All Cottages are NON-SMOKING with the exception of the Duplex Cottages #4-7.
  • 2 night minimum beginning Memorial Day Weekend, ending Labor Day. Please inquire about exceptions.
  • Cottages include: Air conditioning / gas or electric heating, cable TV, VCRs, DVD Players and FREE movies, bed, bath and kitchen linens, dinnerware, cookware, coffeemaker and filters, toaster, refrigerator, stove with oven, microwave, gas barbecue. Cottages will sleep two to eight guests depending upon floor plan available. No pets.
  • Tree House Cottage also includes: All of the amenities of our Standard Cottages plus fireplace, 5 person hot tub and cathedral ceilings. Non-smoking / no pets.
  • Suites include: Fireplace, whirlpool tub and cathedral ceilings. Second floor entrance. Non-smoking / no pets.

RESERVATION & CANCELLATION POLICY

Lodging/Camping Reservation Policy

  • Your lodging/camping reservation will be guaranteed by charging a deposit of 1 night's stay to a valid credit card. By guaranteeing your reservation you are accepting the terms of our cancellation policy. No refunds will be given for early departures.

Lodging Cancellation Policy

  • At least 15 days cancellation notice = full refund of your deposit.
  • Between 7-15 days notice = deposit refunded less $40 fee per unit
  • Less than 7 days notice = total loss of deposit
  • No show = full billing of your intended stay to your credit card
  • No exceptions

Camping Cancellation Policy

  • At least 4 days notice is required for a full refund of your deposit.
  • Less than 4 days notice will result in a total loss of your deposit.
  • No exceptions

NO REFUNDS WILL BE GIVEN FOR EARLY DEPARTURES.

Outfitter Reservation Policy

  • Your reservation will be guaranteed by charging a deposit of 1 canoe/kayak/tube rental fee or $40 shuttle fee to a valid credit card. By guaranteeing your reservation you are accepting the terms of our cancellation policy.

Outfitter Cancellation Policy

  • In accordance with the National Parl Service guidelines, cancellations must be made 4 days prior to your scheduled float for a full refund of your deposit. Less than 4 days notice will result in a total loss of your deposit. Rentals reserved but not used are subject to full charge unless cancelled with the required 4 days notice. No exceptions.

Customer Liability

  • If rented equipment is damaged beyond normal wear you will pay the repair expenses. If the equipment is damaged beyond repair or lost you will buy the equipment at a reasonable determined value. If you have to be rescued you will pay the outfitter's expense.

High Water/Rain Policy

  • In the event rain occurs on the morning of your float and does not stop by 12 noon you may reschedule your float or receive a refund. If the rain stops before noon no refund will be given. If the NPS closes the river due to flash flooding you may receive a refund or reschedule your float.

Well mannered guests and quiet groups welcomed.
Pets must be under owner's control at all times and must stay within the campground area. All pets require proir approval from management.

Glass containers are prohibited on the rivers and in our campground.
Missouri state law mandates that cooler lids MUST have a locking mechanism or be secured closed.
